The total cost of the retreat is $3,600 USD, and this deposit will be applied toward that amount. Payment 1 is due on July 10, 2025 ($1,500 USD), and Payment 2 is due on August 14, 2025 ($ 1,500 USD).
If you cancel before June 20, 2025, you’ll receive a full refund of what you’ve paid, minus the $600 non-refundable deposit. If you cancel between June 21 and August 1, 2025, you’ll receive a 50% refund. Cancellations after August 20, 2025, will not be refunded. This will result in a total loss of funds paid.
We do reserve the right to cancel the trip if minimums are not being met. In the event that we should cancel the trip, any payments you've made toward the trip will be fully refunded. We strongly suggest you purchase trip cancellation insurance. If you apply for the retreat and for any reason are not admitted, we’ll refund your deposit in full.
