nectar of the goddess yogurt salad
This is a great do-it-yourself brunch treat that works well for a buffet. The key is to use high-quality honey and Greek yogurt, which is truly the most delicious yogurt on earth!
- 16 ounces Greek yogurt
- 1 jar honey
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, cleaned and chopped
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup fresh or canned pineapple
- 2 cups granola
- Juice of one lemon
Place each ingredient in its own bowl. Squeeze lemon juice over all fruits except pineapple. Keep fruits and yogurt refrigerated until serving time. Arrange bowls with serving spoons on a buffet, and invite guests to combine their favorite ingredients.
