seasonal fruit salad with fresh mint
- 1½ cups strawberries, cleaned and quartered
- ¾ cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 cup apples, cored and cut into chunks
- 1 pint blackberries, cleaned
- ¼ cup finely chopped mint
In a mixing bowl, combine the cut fruit and toss. Add the fresh mint and stir gently. Serve in parfait dishes or small bowls.
