amaretto hot chocolate
- ²⁄³ cup milk
- 5½ tablespoons good-quality Mexican cocoa
- 1 ounce amaretto
- Whipped cream (optional)
In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the milk. Add the cocoa and stir. Remove from the heat and stir in the amaretto. Pour into a mug or glass and top with whipped cream, if you like.
